I was enrolled as a member of Mothers' Union in Corley and Fillongley  in 1991. I have held various positions at branch level, and was elected a general trustee in January 2007.

I have looked after the Indoor Members since January 2004 - those who are housebound and unable to get to meetings. I correspond regularly with them all and use my computer skills to create prayer cards and personalised birthday, Christmas and Easter cards, as well as Get Well and Bereavement cards. I visit whenever possible. I send all new Indoor Members a prayer shawl, with the Celtic Prayer for a mantle of healing, knitted by  Mothers Union Members.

I have been married to Roger for over 40 years and we have 2 daughters: Bethan who lives in Hong Kong and Rhian who lives in Shropshire.
