Action & Outreach Unit Co-ordinator

Chris Cooke, a retired nurse, was enrolled in MU in 2001 after seeing Mothers' Union in Africa and is now Branch Leader at Southam.

Chris has Travelled in Africa with short term Mission and met many MU members and recently went to Nigeria to our link Diocese and met members from Kaduna and Dutse.

As Action and Outreach Co-ordinator from 2007, Chris's main projects are prison visiting, overseas and wedding fayres. She has also locally set up the Granny Wagon, drinks for young people which was featured in the Spring 2007 edition of Encompass if you would like the full story.
